I finally managed to update my blog and boy it was pretty refreshing. I would like to update that I went on a writing hiatus over the last couple of weeks. I was pretty busy and I thought, my IQ is getting below average for some reason. I intentionally just slack off and be guilty about it. I guess this is growing up? Who knows, I just want to be the same.
Anywho..... Last March 3rd-5th 2016, I took a campus field trip to bacolod. It was pretty fun, rich and beautiful, The Ruins' story and lore, and who could forget THE CITY OF SMILES. When I was on Bacolod, it was a complete blast! I had fun and what not and who could forget friends right? Me and my friends usually just stick together throughout the field trip. Our destination were just some school stuffs that I find overwhelming. Some of it were making me astonished such as visiting
The Ruins.

We got a free tour around the beautiful spot, shared the histories around what's in store on the mansion, a really funny tour guide and also the view from the outside. It's so magical that I can still imagine the atmosphere where it used to be. The front and side yard was pretty colorful also adding some plants and trees that are pretty alive. The bright sun shines through the water fountain with its concrete still have that texture of newly made. The cafe, or what do locals say it, The office. Located outside of the mansion offering cold drinks and yummy food when you want a break from those artful scenery, where you roam around. I don't recommend buying there though. The water cost me 50 pesos and it was just a 500ML drink, I can't ask for service water because I haven't ordered anything. I was displeased because I was really thirsty after that hot and sunny day roaming around the huge land. But, let us set aside that for a bit.

The main focus of this post is:
My trip to the cyberspace in bacolod. I'm no tech guy but we visited alot of rooms inside. Such as Digital Animation, Call center trainings etc etc. I was marvelled at the same time kinda quiet because of the English Only Policy. I'm bad at oral but who cares right? Haha! There's one last thing that actually just ended my trip like how overwhelmed and also so happy I am that I finally visited it. It was an
Indie Game Dev office!

I was the most happiest kid on the tour. Like how they create such powerful characters with rich lore. I'm not quite sure about the lore since they only showed us the concept art of the characters.
I wowed with their skills. Rendering the concept art was a difficult task and who could forget the drawing tablet. I was picked to actually draw something on screen. I admit, i'm a very VERY bad artist. I can't even draw a decent stick figure. But I was so amazed of how the drawing tablet works.
I only saw them on videos and such but me, experiencing it first hand, IT WAS THE BEST THING I DID IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

This just shows how much dedication people put on their game. I kinda feel bad for game companies where people don't like their game. They don't know the effort of the team. I kinda find it confusing at first, and of course. The programming of the game. I nearly got my nose bleeding from the codes!
I don't know how to write codes but it's making my head hurt lol. I also asked some questions to fellow members of their own roles and positions like, What game engine they use and application to render this and this and that.
I also asked if they do Graphic Arts because that's how I got discovered lol. But it kinda broke me when they said, GFX is just child's play for them. But it's a good hobby they say. I am well nourished from inspiration that I want to create my own game character. The thing is, I don't know how to draw. Yeah, I know. It's sad right? But, Mad respect to game developers out there. I want to be like you guys some day. But I chose the wrong profession, I don't like to be judged as much as you guys.
But... To end this post.. I just want to say,
